Shipping Policy

Quick Delivery within Nairobi

• Nairobi CBD: Orders are delivered within 1 hour after confirmation, during business hours.
• Outside Nairobi CBD (within Nairobi): Delivery within 2 hours after confirmation, during business hours.
• Outside Nairobi: Delivery within 24 hours via our trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are based on business hours, time of order and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions or situations outside of our control. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours.
• We process and ship orders on weekends and public holidays, where possible.
• In the event of high order volumes or courier delays, processing or shipping may be extended. You will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery Areas: We ship to all locations within Kenya.

• Shipping Cost: To maintain transparency, we apply a standard flat-rate delivery fee of KES 500.

• Delivery Time: All items are safely dispatched and arrive at your location within 0 to 2 business days.

• Note on Distance: Because all orders are manually coordinated via our official WhatsApp connection, nearby clients may be eligible for lower localized rider promotions depending on precise distance metrics.

• Rates are subject to change, and the most current rates will always be availed during checkout.
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Locations

• We only ship within Kenya.
• No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a specific and accessible location such as your apartment, office, home, restaurant, or petrol station.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Soundverse is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
• All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged or is missing, contact us immediately at info@soundverse.co.ke or soundverse.avs@gmail.com
• Keep all packaging materials and the damaged product to support your claim.
• Soundverse is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist you in resolving such issues with the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item:

• Contact us at info@soundverse.co.ke or soundverse.avs@gmail.comwith your order number, product details, and a description of the defect.
• You may also visit our shop for in-person assistance.

Return Requirements

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Defective Items: We offer full returns and replacements for items presenting technical or manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Coordinated via WhatsApp.

• Non-Defective Items: We strictly do not accept returns for “change of mind” or used products. Non-defective items are only eligible for exchange if they are completely unopened, unused, and returned in their original sealed retail packaging at the customer’s shipping expense.

Once we receive the returned product:

• It will be inspected to verify the defect.
• You will be notified by call within a reasonable timeframe about the eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective.
• If approved, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return Method: Defective items must be brought back or couriered In-Store to our physical Nairobi operational point after coordination via WhatsApp.

• Restocking Fees: We charge KES 0.00 (No restocking fees) for any replacement items.

• Processing Time: Once we receive and verify the item’s technical defect, your replacement exchange or refund will be processed fully within 5 business days

Return Shipping

• Soundverse is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

Additional Terms

• This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Soundverse, either through our Website or at our physical store.
• For warranty-related issues, warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Soundverse.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
