Quick Delivery within Nairobi

  • Nairobi CBD: Orders are delivered within 1 hour after confirmation, during business hours.
  • Outside Nairobi CBD (within Nairobi): Delivery within 2 hours after confirmation, during business hours.
  • Outside Nairobi: Delivery within 24 hours via our trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are based on business hours, time of order and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions or situations outside of our control. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours.
  • We process and ship orders on weekends and public holidays, where possible.

  • Defective Items: We offer full returns and replacements for items presenting technical or manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Coordinated via WhatsApp.

  • Non-Defective Items: We strictly do not accept returns for “change of mind” or used products. Non-defective items are only eligible for exchange if they are completely unopened, unused, and returned in their original sealed retail packaging at the customer’s shipping expense.

Once we receive the returned product:

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective.
